Who?
THE CEA (the Construction Equipment Association), will again run a high impact, cost effective UK Pavilion at BAUMA CHINA in 2008. The CEA the UK Trade Association for the Construction Equipment Sector and are ea not for profit organisation. The CEA is a UK Government accredited service provider to run UK Pavilions around the world and administer grant applications for overseas trade shows.

Why?
The CEA strongly believes in the benefits of running a high profile UK Pavilion at large exhibitions in China like BAUMA CHINA – where cultural and language barriers and time differences make it very difficult to manage your own arrangements. Exhibiting on your own at a major show in China like BAUMA CHINA is not only daunting, but very time consuming, tying up your staff up in red tape for months when they could be out selling.

What?
The CEA can offer your company a cost effective fully managed, fitted turnkey shell scheme stand at BAUMA CHINA. The UK Pavilion features a UK Industry Information Centre with reception and refreshment facilities. The CEA are on hand during build up and throughout the show to assist you with your stand. The CEA will produce a UK group brochure (entry FOC) – circulated to the media, government and associations prior to and during the show. The CEA can also assist you with interpreters, freight forwarding, audio visual equipment, travel advice, letters of invitation, accommodation and insurance.

How Much?
By booking your stand space through the CEA on the UK Pavilion you benefit from consolidated stand space rates and the economies of scale. The CEA can offer you high profile UK branded stand space and quality construction and fitting on the UK Pavilion at lower rates than booking direct. CEA Bauma China fully fitted stands cost even less than in 2006!

Government Grants!
Grants of £1,400 will be available to exhibitors who are new to China or exporting less than 25% of their output reactively or 10% proactively (see CEA UK Pavilion terms for an application form).

UK Exhibitor Bonus!
The CEA will host a networking dinner during Bauma China for UK group members and invited guests. Two free places per UK Group company.

Post Event Seminar!
The CEA, supported by UK Trade & Investment, will rum a post event seminar meet the buyer mission in Changsha, Hunan Province. The seminar gives UK companies the opportunity of meeting with senior representatives leading Chinese OEMs and making presentations on their products.
