  • More companies exhibit building and building materials machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment in Shanghai

bauma China 2006, the third international trade fair for building and building materials machines, construction vehicles and building equipment is expected to grow substantially with respect to the number of exhibitors and exhibition area. The fair will have considerably more exhibition space when it opens its gates from 21-24 November in Shanghai.

Bauma China thus has become the number one event for construction industry in China and Asia. The number of exhibitors for bauma China 2006 is expected to increase strongly again. Already now the organiser Messe München GmbH can count reservations three times more than in 2004. Therefore, bauma China 2006 will be as expected the most important and largest international trade fair for construction machinery in Asia. As in 2004, Munich International Trade Fairs is continuing its successful cooperation with its Chinese partners: China Council for the Promotion of International Trade – Machinery Sub-Council (CCPIT-MSC), China National Construction Machinery Corporation (CNCMC) and China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA). Munich Trade Fairs International Group (MMI) with its three subsidiaries aboard and 62 foreign representatives are responsible for all other countries. They are supported by the German Engineering Association, Construction Equipment and Building Material Machinery Association (VDMA) and the international partners including the Japan Construction Mechanization Association (JCMA), the Japan Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) and the Korea Construction Equipment Manufactures Association (KOCEMA).

The Industry leaders are going to present the latest products for the Asian market. The entire range of construction-machinery including earth-moving machines, building-material machines, construction-site installations, construction equipment, formwork and scaffolding, machines for road and tunnel construction and equipment and accessories will be on display at bauma China.
